Strategic task
Siemens is undergoing a profound transformation process: from an industrial company to a tech company, from a producer to a software provider. In order to make this transformation visible on the labor market and to drive the transformation process internally, Siemens decided to realign its employer branding. The task for Markenfels included the development of the EVP (Employer Value Proposition), the definition of the tone of voice and of target group-specific key messages as well as the development of the employer brand design. For the worldwide introduction of the Siemens employer brand experience, an employer brand lookbook was developed, documenting all important design elements as well as numerous application examples. Core elements of the employer brand experience are powerful key visuals with charismatic people in front of luminous backgrounds and the bold use of typography. This ensures maximum radiance in digital media and supports brand recognition even without the Siemens logo.
